Is there someone who could role an 8 Ft circle out of 10mm bar tack a couple of stiffeners & ship to darkest Somerset, or if close we could pick up.

Presumably talking about 8ft Dia, rather than circumference?

You might as well have it in half.... the circumference would be longer than a length of bar....
10mm bar, to that radius would be extremely easy to do with just a plywood former...good chance it would end up flatter than rolling it anyway. Round bar tends to try and twist as it goes through the rollers, usually needs a bit of tweaking after to get it flat.

over 25 feet of material , could you not draw your circle on the floor and bend it round as you go ?

Want a nice circle really so freehand for me not good will end up like threepenny bit, former is another idea quite big though.
Was looking for line of least effort

You only need part of the cicle as a former , just clamp former in a vice and move the bar for each bend !
