Warco Lathe oil leak???

Hi all i have a warco lathe i think its the gh1322 model, it rarely gets used but i have noticed oil build up in the drip tray so i have had a look and i have noticed a drip from one of the wheels it has a rubber o ring/washer which is a loose fit and this is were it is dripping from i have taken it off but nothing seems a miss not sure if its just a case of a new rubber washer or something silly i have attached some pics so if any of you guys can help us out with what to do that would be great.


I also did a oil change and i spoke to warco direct with regards to what oil to use and the guy said it does not matter what you use, just use hydraulic iso32 oil so that is whats currently in the gearbox and the head.

im sure when i got it, it did not drip oil there but i cannot remember were it was filled to it could of been filled upto just below that seal and thats why i have never realised this before i will check the level on it tomorrow maybe see about draining it just under the seal and run it to see if everything still gets lubricated i also think the headstock has got a little noisy not sure if overfilling it would cause this or if the iso32 oil is maybe the wrong choice?

Iso 32 is right, as I use it in my 1440
