Water cannon

not sure this belongs in tools but none of the other sections seem to fit any better
l just cant see anything go to waste so when l was talked into striping my crash tender to make into an offroad toy l really couldent just weigh the water pump and cannon in, garden fountain came to mind
so l thought l would have a go at seeing how high l can squirt
there is a cummins engine from a 7 1/2 ton lorry kicking around here somewhere which should do for powering the pump and the mount the cannon rotated through 90 deg from its original position so as the remote control aim can be used to try and get the jet vertical, the cannon usually discharges through a
4" nozzel to a distance greater than 150' if l reduce this to a 2" nozzel maybe l can get my garden fountain up to 200 feet, who knows but interesting trying ??

no l havent left for a warmer climate yet still here, l gather we are promised some snow this winter so might stay here lol
truck forum wont be online for a week or so but will post a linky when it is

l have another project that has been swirling round in my mind for a good while maybe l should get that out on the drawing board and we can iron out the design flaws with my skid steer plan
