Welder won't feed

Hi, I have a Cebora 160 mig which has decided stop feeding the wire, it tries as you click the torch but can't get a consistent supply, any ideas ??

torch liner may be full or crap or broken up...have you tried loosening the tension off the feed rollers and seeing if the motor runs without load? if it does then its either a blockage or the reel is dragging on something, if not then either the feed motor is duff or there is a bad connection/control circuitry

Yep exactly what brokenbiker says, slacken and unclip the tensioner and see if motor activates and drives feeder mechanism gear with no load.

i recently had an issue with sharp edges on the gas vent right behind the electrode tip, it scraped in the aluminum wire and a good bunch of wire scraped up inside, and it made gas coverage bad and also the wire had some truble getting out.
