Welding masks to fit over hard hats

I'm currently supervising some guys working at height doing some welding.
The problem us when they want to weld they have to take their hard hats off in order to use the welding masks. Using a hand held shield is not an option as
they are working in very awkward areas.
So my question is; is there a welding shield/mask that can be used in conjunction with a hard hat. Preferably one that clips into ear defender slots.
We are using a Petzl Vertex helmet as this is required for the type of height work.

centurion do a face sheild that fits on there helmet as well as ear defenders and proper chin strap

Cheers for that guys. I am now onto it and the local Speedglas importers are helping us out with a fit to our work lids.
