That table looks great...where did you get the 20mm top from?
Is that a CO2 bottle on it's side...I thought they had to be upright in use...might be something I mis read somewhere.
How long before you end up removing the wheels....I had a work bench with castors fitted once....they didn't last very long before I pulled them off!

A mate that works in local fabricators got it for me. €250 which I thought was alright. Yeah I checked out about the bottle on the side controversy before mounting and the general consensus was argon/co2 was okay on its side. I'm quite happy with castors actually. Room is quite tight so I can move it when I need to get the landy in.

Yea maybe the side thing just applies to CO2 as it's liquid in the bottle...Argon might be gas but I've never looked it up.

I think spatter falling through the clamp slots and onto the bottle and welder would not be desirable either.

Now borrow a mag drill and add a couple of 28mm holes so you can clamp stuff to the table.
I did it, and it opens up a whole area of the actual top you can now actually use.
