I and people I know have always called them chigago couplings. Suppose something to do with Chicago the windy city
They r called "claw" fittings. Tool hire shops will stock them. The last place I was in was Pirtek hose people they stock em
I have seen them also in Brabbin & Rudd if there is not a depot near you they are an engineers suppliers
They always used to be called McDonald couplings.
