What are these rivets called

I've been stripping down the heater box on my car to replace all of the perished rubber foam seals, most had turned to dust.

The box was held together with a combination of aluminium pop rivets and well as a bunch of brass rivets.

Can anyone tell me what the brass ones are called, is a special tool needed to refit?

Thanks guys, should be able to pick up some of these fairly easily then, and cobble some kind of a press together

They look like the ones that used to hold the brake shoe linings on before they started sticking them.
