(Hellerman Pliers) They are for tubing cable covers etc, go into a pair of three pronged pliers that when you squeeze open out the three prongs. So you put the tube over the prongs, squeeze and open out the tube with the prongs, slide wire internally and then release. Lets see if I can find a pic. Adrian
