I have a mig welder that has a gas hook up and uses 110 volts. It says it was made by Telwin. I can't read the name on the front but it has a number on it. 90085. can anybody help me with any info on it. I know nothing about mig welders but would like to use this to learn on.

If it still works, then should be usable.
May have to look around a bit for tips/shrouds. Worst case you could replace the entire torch.
Did it come with a regulator or bottle?
Hard to see but there may be a part missing from the wire spool holder.

It works and does have a gas hook up. Nothing looks like its missing. I've ran it very crude beed with it. I just don't Know what kind it is so that I can source some parts for it. I also want to get some flux core wire for it if I can just to do away with having to get gas for it. The wire that it came with is .023 or.0023 I forget but the only flux core starts at. 0030. What size range wire can I put on this?

Post a pic of the torch with the shroud off. There are only a few different style tips. you can probably use Tweco, Binzel or SIP consumables.
Telwin is not very popular here but should be a decent machine.
It should take 0.023 to 0.035 wire.
To use flux code, you would need to swap the polarity. See if there are jumpers inside to allow that.
I'd stick with gas as it is cleaner and easier to see and hear. Gas is cheap, especially if you already have a bottle. Flux wire is expensive.

It's definitely a Telwin, not a Cebora. 
Looks like it's gas only so not ideal for flux-cored but people use it and get by ok.
That torch looks a little odd, it doesn't look like a standard 'hobby' one so parts may be a little more difficult to source but worse case scenario, if you can't find parts, grab a donor torch from another machine.
