I can see the ambiguity of the word bracket, especially how I posted the title.

Anyway, Screwfix said they were waiting for them coming in to stock.I Phoned again today, and was told they no longer sell them. So, I stuffed as Tool station don't either.

Do they need to be that small.

I prefer expansion l brackets and they should always be stocked

I must have missed them in the catalogue.

They are certainly the right type & size. I just tried to purchase some. Message says 'not available for collection at my store in Rotherham', also Sheffield not in stock.

I could understand all the shortages during lockdown, with folks doing diy etc.

We are almost up and running as normal now. It is like we have fockers flying above us in 1942. What's happening??

Might be worth trying b and q - they often have the same range of stuff as Screwfix as they are owned by the same parent company (usually, but not always, a bit more expensive but for small stuff like brackets it’s probably minimal)

You can't call them that now, or use them.... Apparently some words feel excluded.

Keep an eye in lidl they come in packs of different sizes and shapes I buy 3-4 packs every time lidl has them they are usually €3 a pack here and great to have
