Can anyone please tell me what this air fitting is called and where I can get them from? It's on an antique pair of Draeger bellows.

I think that they're still in use on mobile air compressors for road drills.

There are a few different types and they are not interchangeable.

That one looks like a water pipe fitting, they are usually in brass.
If you post a few dimensions I can check if I have anything that suits.
An alternative, if it's an odd ball, is screw it out and replace with a pair of standard claw fittings. I'd be fairly sure it's a standard thread.

Ive measured the inside diameter at 5/8". Can anyone tell me what size and name I need to order please?

Some people call them crows foot couplings. Some are drilled o allow an r clip to stop them comming apart during use.
