What media?

Over the next week I will be setting up my first sand blaster, I need to source some media. I will be blasting mainly steel car parts for either rust removal or prep for paint. Sometimes I will want to blast aluminium wheels.

What media would be ideal and where should I get it from?

The easy answer is have a good search of the section, this topic has been discussed at length.

Had a good search but didn't find much about blasting steel. Saw a decent review for j blast synthetic mineral or copper slag. Hopefully that will do.
