What would you call this?

It's a part for a cheap bed that holds the wooden laths that form the base of the bed.

It simply stops them moving but occasionally they slip a snap off like mine has done.
I am trying to find one on thingiverse to save reinventing the wheel.

Just in case you need to buy the plastic caps or the slats themselves, there is a company called "The bed slats company". No affiliation other than a happy customer.
