Anywhere you like except in the neutral, its just 3 phase and earth, if its on a motor and it runs backwards then swap any two of them over, looks like a welder though.
although it's practically immaterial, I always follow the convention Red L1, yellow L2 and blue L3 (I assume the colour is down to the camera, blue looking black?)

It does not matter where each colour wire goes. Even on single phase. Put them any where, Millers patented auto-line technology detects which one is which and runs from that.
