Whistle Seat

Have had an interesting fabrication job at work this week,a stainless steel seat shaped like a whistle!
Company i work for made one for a customer a few years back for the World Cup and this one is going in a shop in Italy that was featured on Paul Mertons European tour TV program,dont know if anyone watched it but an Italian fooballer actually lives in the shop!
Anyway i have made the whistle part of the job and am waiting for the base to arrive so i can finish the job.
Here are some pictures of the progress so far.Whole job is polished to a mirror finish on completion.

So here's the brain-teaser: If that whistle really worked and you blew it would it be a low pitched sound or a 'normal' high pitched sound?

Base arrived this morning and customer came in to determine position of seat.

Have recently left the company that had me fabricate it,I never got round to finding out how much it cost to make and how much profit they made on it.Probably a fraction of the price it's on sale for
