Why two different pressures

Either lost the plot finally or just to fed up to think haha

Got this new a while back and it has twin gauges but why dies one read different from the other

If adjust the pressure with the valve in the middle the left gauge goes down a whole lot quicker than the right hand one. I would of thought they would both be the same.

The right gauge goes into the red if Ieave it to build up. I stop it at red though.

Oh and, this cabinet is not running as good as it should with mods, and ideas on set yp

had to review a video to see what was playing at

so what mods have you done and do you have any pics showing it

from that video i would also buy a small led flood light and fit a glass over it for the protection of it

ive seen this video but i think its poorly designed

whilst you used a tee, i wouldnt have done as i would have fitted 2 45 degree elbows then into a tee then into a breather tee ( suction tee )

then the sand can follow a full flow

to me the tee creates a blockage area

as goes for better lighting

then you could use a slide in glass in some 3mm angle iron frame thats bolted to the framework there also sealed

they actually do a 45degree tee in iron

I looked at them and all used the T joint and it should work fine a sit has for them, i can easy swap out for a 45 deg instead of 90 deg joint. i did wonder about that but went the way they all did it.

still very poor and it should let the media flow better than it does. ill get a 45deg if i can find one in the UK, cheers chaps

yes on the pressure pots it makes a big improvement than using a ball valve that is hard to regulate and keep;s blocking due to inconsistent media size the ones i made are a virtual copy of the old clemco minipot made over 40 years ago. theres a few pictures of them and an exploded view of the parts on a post in the forum
