wire feed replacement...

Hi everyone,

I've just signed up and i'm sure i'll find this very useful as a beginner. I'm restoring a classic mini (rover 1991 998cc) and I've never welded before.

I apologise if this has already been asked elsewhere but I can't seem to find an answer.

I have a welder with a broken wire feed and i'm trying to get it going again... any idea where I can buy a wire feed for a Cebora pocket turbo 130? I can't seem to find them anywhere and i'm on a low budget so i really want to get this one going!

the wire tension arm has snapped so it won't fasten down, can this be replaced?


any advice would be much appreciated...

Is the broken part made of plastic?

Maybe @weldequip can supply a new part.
You could replace the whole unit, or maybe use a pressure roller and arm from something like this:

thanks... think i might get that whole unit and try and botch it in somehow... its not just the tension arm but the whole plastic bit is cracked down the middle... needs replacing completely.

Need to verify that the motor voltage is correct - could be 12v or 24v.
High quality wirefeed assemblies are also available:

ts 24v as another feed had someone getting a replacement the same size... thanks
