Wish to buy large quantity of grit

Wish to DIY grit blast on my vessel's hull.
Can anyone suggest grit grade and where is the most conviniant to buy grit in large quantities? I got 500m2 i wish to threat.
I have managed to equire all equipment and a very large compressor.

You'd be best looking in local business directories (Yellow Pages) &c under "Blast Cleaning" or suchlike.

Shipping to Malta would be very expensive except by the shipload!
