Wolf Air Dakota 100 Exhaust Tube?

My compressor has cracked what I think is called the exhaust tube. It runs from the pump outlet at the tank to the pressure switch. It appears to have a flare on the end near the tank (it snapped right at this join) and an olive on the pressure switch end. Looks like 6mm aluminium pipe about 550mm long (if you take out the bends)

Initially I thiught I'd just make a replacement but my reel of brake pipe and flarer is too small (diameter). I domt really want to buy a tool and reel for this one job plus I'm unsure how I replicate the olive.

Any suggestions on where to get a replacement? As far as I can see online uk home shopping don't seem to stock spare parts for anything ans this machine is 12 years old now.

I've managed to bodge a flare on for now at the end where it snapped but doubt it will last.

6mm copper microbore. Check the pump mounts aren't broken. Add a loop in it for the vibration.

Unfortunately not. Well, I have one but t's one of those hand held ones that clamps the pipe but is too small and it works beautifully so I don't want to break it!

Pity you are not closer, I have one of those universal flaring tools that does everything from about brake line size to about 1/2” you would have been welcome to borrow it. There must be loads of those about, anyone close?

Have I got this right, one end is an olive connection and the other the flared onto the fitting pictured. Can you change that fitting to an olive one as well. What size pipe is it

Yep, thats right.

I think changing the connectors to suit my tools and 3/16 brake pipe might be the way to go.

Heat the end red, then quench, it goes quite soft, start forming the flair. As soon as it stops moving easily, repeat till it fits.
6mm compression olives are available
It's fair to say that my comp has a smaller bore plastic pipe doing that job so reducing the size will not matter.

I doubt the pipe dia will matter, that pipe is just to connect the unloader valve

I can't find one that I think has the right ends.
