Wolf dakota 100 - 3hp 14cfm compressor

Hi guys.
Seen this on eBay for £199.99 seems a good price but there again I don't know too much about compressors. I need one for general use maybe using tools such as air rachets,air chisels,sand blasting etc. Is this a good quality unit.
What do you guys think?

Just noticed its not recommended to run it off a extension lead so no good to me.
Are there any other compressors in this price range which can be recommended?

It depends on the extension, how long you need and what size cable used. make one up yourself out of blue 2.5mm² "arctic" cable (2.5mm² is the biggest you can fit into a 13A plugtop) or fit blue 16A plugs and sockets with a short adapter at each end.
