Workshop light

im after a dimable workshop light so I can see when I either cutting or turn it up for welding

a big choice. a lot of led lights are dimmable but you need to ask if they are and you need a trailing edge dimmer to run them not just any old one

Rather than dimming why not install two lighting circuits. One bright and one dim. Hit the switch to weld

I initially thought of a table lamp with a dimmer!

I have 9 600mm x 600mm LED panels and they are on 3 switches so i can turn them on in rows to get more light when i need them, Also have 2 i am making frames for to put where i am working, The LED panels give way better lighting than the old strip lights and use a fraction of the power.

They look good. Do tou have a link to them? Four of them would suit an area in my workshed.

I got them through the brother in law, They were about £22 each with transformer i think the brand was Antel or Red arrow avoid really cheap ones they fail.

ansell are decent with a 2 year warranty
