Workshop racking.

A bit of a shoutout for Costco’s racking, wasn’t really expecting much because it was cheap. Turns out it’s pretty sturdy,I don’t think you could buy the materials and cobble something together for same money.

Uses a taper collet system to lock in the grooves of the uprights, just needs a gentle tap with a rubber mallet to bed the shelves down.

Shelves have the matching taper.



Comes with castors or you can use the adjustable feet.

We have that in the fridge and freezer rooms on our vessels, a very nice idea and it really does hold a good weight

Looks to be this one, rated 2.7 tonnes and I dont think your anywhere near that! Try harder!

if there stainless steel id probably wouldnt fit one rack but use it within the bbq rack itself

Must have close to a ton on the left hand one, this gear is a lot more rigid than the bolt together Dexion. The shelves are very sturdy, at £75 inc vat they are very good value.

I have this racking in the corner, only thing I don't like about it is the wire mesh shelves, I ended up using 12mm ply sheeting.....

The mesh ended up being cut n bent and converted into overhead cable trays for the workshop and storage areas.....

I have these in my kitchen, they are catering kitchen favourites and short of stacking lead ingots on every shelf they don't sag.

you can buy stuff online it the price seems to be £125 per set of racking, I think the delivery is included in that price

I can only think that the extra £50 is for a pallet, these things weight 40kg.
