Made from 6mm plate cut out freehand with my plasma cutter. It's going to be lit with led strips but I couldn't resist blowing a bit of propane through the frame

If I could find a safe (and affordable) way to leave it as it is I would have but I melted the polystyrene insulation in the workshop filming this which surprisingly i've managed to avoid up to now.
