wtd---a nut!!!

hi all
after painting and rebuilding my brooms and wade compressor
just been niping nuts a up and found one broken!m unsure what size its but a 15mm spanner just fits on

take the pipe down to a plumbers merchants and match the size. buy a strait through compression fitting and use the nut and olive off it it will be a bsp thread standard fitting

Careful - I got caught out by doing that - B&Q sell compression joints with metric nuts on them!

worth noting but i did say plumbers merchants not bodge it @nd quick

Metric nuts are Out There - they could strike ay any time, any place; be afraid, very afraid.

Thats more than likely a 1/4 bsp nut, you could also try a dealer for british bike parts.
