Got little bored this evening and threw this together. Could have used the chop saw and squared her up a little better but all castors touch the ground either way. Now to get a little wood to finish her off
Looks good, I must get around to making one for my welder. Most of this type of cart that I have seen on here and for sale have the top level, where the welder sits, at an angle so the welder sort of faces up slightly. Your design doesn't have this "feature", what's your thinking on this? Don't you think it's worthwhile? Or was it "couldn't be bothered"
It actually is tilted very slightly. I was going to put more of an angle on it. To be honest I just threw this together without much care for detail. If I wanted more of an angle the back of the welder would be resting on rear bar and I'd have this triangular gap at the rear. I also didn't make the top platform with handle long enough to compensate for what I'd loose over the angle.
I just want the welder off the floor. Keep tripping over it and standing on leads etc
