Zen art style pond cover

After years of designing different bits of artwork for pond covers I finally managed to land a job where the entire image was like a canvas oil painting. My biggest inspiration is japanese line art and I love Zen paintings of ponds. I was really happy to get this installed and then lucky that the grandson was in so I politely asked if I could plop him on the cover for "live" product testing.

It is very impressive - as are the other covers that I have looked at on your website. How do you manage with some of the large covers - do you make it in pieces and then assemble it on site ? Welded or bolted together ?

With great difficulty ;-) All the big covers are made in sections but I make then to suit each situation they're in so I use all of the above at different times.
