Hello,
Trying to weld some bits and bobs on my vehicle.
I have a clarke pro 90 that I used with 1.0mm sheet before without any issues.
Now, I have some 0.6mm sheet as it's a LOT easier to shape and bend.
However, when I was running some tests lastnight, I realised I blew some holes in the 0.6mm sheet.
I played around with the wire speed and the amps and the gas... I couldnt figure out what was the cause of the holes!
I never had this issue with 1.0mm sheet!
Is there any specific settings for clarke pro 90 (wire speed, gas and amperage) to use for .6mm sheet?
Or should I simply ditch the 0.6mm sheet and use 0.8mm sheet?
Thanks
