It's warm, which isn't so bad.
Anyway, I'm just getting my head around some Dinosaur TIG stuff, some of which may make sense.
I'll be coupling up an old Oxford Bantam 180 oil cooled unit to a Tech Arc TigStart 190 AC/DC unit, and see how it goes.
Mains input will given a rectifier and switching option, so that ought to be capable of tig-brazing or something like it.
Working on the basis that bomb-proof is better, and that it's better to adjust to the system than to adjust the system to ones own faults, given the level of my knowledge thus far.
