I picked up an EN151 a while ago which has been having some issues with a jerky wire feed similar to the problem described in this thread.
The P/O said they recently replaced the liner already so before i start replacing liners/motors etc im looking for anything that might be a bit more obvious/straight forward.
One of the things i noticed is the wire feed roller size..... its set up with knurled roller marked with 0.8 but the p/o had installed 0.9 wire in it....... looking online i cant seem to find a knurled roller for 0.9. Only 0.6 or 0.8.
Anyone know if this is the correct size or could it lead to wire slippage, causing the jerky feed?
p.s its using flux cored wire to suit the knurled roller.
TIA
