Hi
In have various welders and cutters up to 220amp - most of which are of standard transformer design. I am a bit of a welder collector of all types. In my workshop I have a dedicated supply for the welders etc via two commando plugs, 16amp and 32amp, with MCBs for each plug and a 30mA RCD covering the board. I have just bought a second hand inverter mig - GYS Synergic Peral XL. As soon as I switch in on the RCD trips - the MCB is fine. I have carried out a range of leak tests with the machine is different states operation using a 13A socket and cannot find a problem.
I would welcome and advice.
Thanks
AF
