Hi,
it's the part of the job that I always found a 'killer' when I was making market stalls...
four x 6' 6" legs and five 10' lengths of 1" box 'rails' plus odds and ends for each stall, painted with red-oxide gloss and needing to be left overnight to dry.
I made a couple of stands to hold up to forty rails at a time.
For short sections I used a plastic planter about 4' long and dipped the metal then wiped the excess paint off with a paint-brush.
You'll be buying one of those 'electronic' Hamerite sprayers then?
Regards
Peter
