I ordered an R-Tech True Colour helmet on Monday which should have been delivered by DHL next day. Unfortunately DHL completely messed up and I could't get any sensible tracking on their app other than that it was still at their depot. R-Tech were excellent and refunded the postage charge. They even sent out another helmet (not true colour as they were out of stock) on Friday using DPD which was delivered today (next day) about 10am. Sods law, DHL also finally managed to get their act together and delivered the first helmet. I was really impressed with R-Tech's service throughout this as they called me back a few times and on the phone, their staff were very helpful and sympathetic to my frustrations. I will contact R-Tech on Monday to arrange sending back the now un-needed second helmet which they kindly sent out to allow me to do some migging this weekend.
