They still do sell them, they're on the current price list. It's still a mill and made in the UK.....cowells used to sell completed mills or you could buy the castings and make your own. they were are a model makers mill

They were first with cnc products 1974I couldn't say for certain, but I suspect Beaver (Balding Engineering) were one of the last British manufacturers of that style of manual machine, and they went bust in '92
