My welds are very bad and weak.
(video discusses everything)
I am only performing test welds for as part of my learning process.
My welds are raised and weak.
I am using argon w/ CO2.
My metal is 0.125"
I am using a Hobart 140
Settings used are 4/40.
My welds are brittle and raised.
I know i'm getting gas because I stuck the tip in water and get lots of bubbles.
I am cleaning my metal with an angle grinder beforehand.
The only thing I can say is that I was using flux core earlier today with more success.
I have included a little video with my welds.
