Hi,
Since I was 12 I weld with arc welder, the 50kg one then 20kg one...the one who stick very well, the one I can't use anymore since I moved in UK without burning the wall plug!!
I would like to update, read a lot and still don't know what to buy. First I was thinking a cheap TIG then I read the post about what to buy and thought is maybe not the best idea. So I checked prices on weldequip and thought I don't have this money. So I checked arc price and thought that's more like what I can afford.
One of my next project is a cargobike using scaffolding tubes, I would say around 5mm thick.
So my questions are :
what do you think of the Parweld XTS 163 Inverter ?
Is it powerful enough?
Is a normal wall socket powerful enough?
What is the minimum thickness can I weld with this intelligent arc?
if you read this last sentence I shall thank you to go so far...and in advance I thank you for your kind and understanding future answers.
