like i said it depends on how dry your skin is for conductivity . ive had some right beautys of 240v with damp hands or sweatingDifferent people have different susceptibility to various voltages. I've known some who can feel 24v when disconnecting battery leads, not shocked just feel it. There are others who can pull off HT leads to to see if they're working and not be bothered by it. So it's just down to the individual.
