If 10mm won't give too great a restriction, you can just buy 10mm and it will come coiled.
I believe that EN 1057 is rated to 10bar - again the coils out of scrap water tanks probably won't be.
I think it's madness, but, if that's the way you want to do it, that seems like the simplest option.
If 10mm is too small bore you could run a few in parallel. You even get central heating bosses that bring multiple 10mm pipes to one larger bore, but I'm not sure of the pressure rating of them (central heating isn't normally 10 bar either!)
