2.0 CDTi No Power, No Warning Lights

suction control valve does same fault but normally puts light on.

The suction control valve on my old Outlander put just about every EML, SRS traction control etc light on the dash!
£70 fixed it and it drove better than ever.
@Kayos is the 2.0 diesel engine similar to the earlier 1.9 CDTI one?
They have many problems with EGR valves, DPF's, split hoses, broken swirl flaps etc etc.

Perfectly fine except will only rev to 3k, and doesn't have any power

Might have been said already but worth checking the turbo area for split hoses and the dump valve hasn't seized open.

As an update, took it out for a drive today and was all fine, got to 4k once it warmed up and it did the same again, same effect turning Eco mode off

No codes stored but also no boost pressure readings, I suspect a faulty sensor is the cause, however its going back to the garage today

Update to the update

Drove the 35 miles back to the dealer and kept it under 3.5k, drove perfectly fine, took the bloke out and tried to go over 4k, went immediately into limp mode.

Dropped it off with his mechanic
