Right, here's what I've got measuing with my mitutoyo caliper and blocks. This thing was hard to measure because of the very generous edge chamfering (done by hand by the looks of it) so I have assumed the flank angle as 60 degrees (which is does look like optically) and used a couple of 6mm carbide endmills to get the distance between the dovetails and produce the drawing in Draftsight.
Black is the actual outline of the holder, green is the endmills, red is the extrapolated dimensions gained by producing the black lines to convergent points. It's worth pointing out here that the holders are very loose on the piston tool post. So much so that they actually fit on my FMS toolpost where the FMS holders will not fit on the BXA.

Think what I would do in @Tinbasherdan situation would be get some 6mm thick steel or alu and cut it to your dimensions and try it on the toolpost and see, would only need a hacksaw or grinder to get it close enough for a test fit.

Yep or get one cut by laser. I think there's a lot of scope for tightening the tolerances up too. Now I've measured one of mine it's plain to see how sloppy they are made. It would be nice if someone had a wedge post they could measure across the vees with it fully closed and fully open to gauge the range then the holders could be made better to suit. It hardly matters with the piston type I have.

I have six of the tool-holders, what I was looking for was the thread/post where a member had made a holder/storage bar to keep them at hand near the lathe for when a different profile cutter was needed.
A slight aside, based on @doubleboost 's review [it's on you, John 
], I ordered a set of these, having been working with one Glanze 8mm cutting tool and a mix of home ground HSS blanks.
