the motor dose not click at all and the caps do fit inside the the box nothing looks modified in any way, the spade connectors all look the same too
i think jasonmcc hit the nail on the head i just need to find a replacement now lol

Try giving these a call http://www.rushind.com/index.html Explain that you have a 0-70 microfarad start capacitor with a built in relay and a 55 microfarad run capacitor if you want to change that at the same time.
i have just spoken to rush and they quoted me £76.20 for a replacement i might just replace the motor not sure yet .
i will be cutting the old cap up tonight to see if i can reuse the the built in relay
