Unless the motors been changed, started off as 200 litres?
Yeah - I'm getting tired of it alreadySeriously???
Indeed. Also, and most important, that model is single phase, 240v: https://www.sitebox.ltd.uk/clarke-se16c150-1ph-industrial-air-compressor-oclarke_2081310
@MyHouseIsOnFire are you absolutely sure it's a 3 phase compressor?
According to the data plate in the photo above, it is a Clarke SE16C150, which is a 14CFM compressor with a 150 litre tank.
Pictures, wires on the end of cable, motor data plate...

That's not really how model numbers typically work. There are different versions of the same model number. 150l version 200l version etc.
I really can't tell whether you're being willfully ignorant or are taking the pee.You
It's a 3 phase it even came with a magnetic starter plus I'm in bed now.
Get some photos mate, we'll discuss this in the morning..

The SE16C200, for example, is the 200l version.
Still one phase and still 230v
You do seem to be mixing up your "hp" and "ph" though...
Can we start again and verify what you're looking for?
The 200l version (SE16C200) has this in its specs:
3hp motor, 230v, 1ph continuously rated with overload protection
The 150l version (SE16C150, which is what the plate in your picture mentions) says:
3hp motor, 230v, 1ph continuously rated with overload protection
Are you mistaking horsepower ("hp") for phase ("ph")?
If you are then the good news is that we have all been on a wild goose chase - it's 230V single phase (i.e. what you have in your house) but at 3 horsepower, which is around 17 amps.

I'm out - go google it.
That must be a very impressive compressor, with a 200 litre tank and 37 CFM output! However, to get that rate the motor needs to be minimum 10 HP, which means about 8 KW. It is an industrial-size compressor, for a garage or a factory, impossible to power this in a domestic setting.
