You stole it for that price, if you weighed the machine in and sold off the tooling you would get much more than what you paid. Someone must have wanted it gone badly.

It seems quite comprehensive.

The guidance in the link answers most if not all questions in relation to this type of metal working machine.
Key thing is to have guards in place that are kept correctly adjusted to prevent fingers getting under the tooling. 4mm max gap is suggested. If the thickness of the plate being worked on is changed then the guard height must be adjusted to maintain max 4mm gap

I bought back my old FZR400 race bike one drunken Christmas night while my wife was out, I'd sold it 2 years before as my knee was causing trouble and I couldn't ride it properly. I don't regret it one bit! It's still in the garage 15 years later!
