The tolerance is virtually 0degrees
because even the bending machine receives its bending profile direct from the main dxf file.... It's amazing to see the bender in action... The control screen even tells the operator which profiles to put in, then the bends are done in the correct series needed.... I'll be giving them a bending job which will resemble a stairway which will be replicated and welded to two front panels to make a z shaped planter... If that makes sense?
