Obviously welding up the corners is good welding practice, but you could save a lot of time using box section and it's way less grinding? I like it though, for a garden would look good just to rust away

We had to make pyramids then diamonds out of identical pyramids when I was at college.

Best bit was sneeking into the next booth and welding the other guys to the bench ( instructors went ape about tacking to the bench you see)

I have looked twice from the thread title thinking the same. Then I see a mini tank trap - well at least I got it straight off then - but two goes?!!

Or for a faster process - brush on some brick acid (mortar cleaner) and then follow up with spay peroxide - hey presto - patina in a bottle

Getting the angles all correct in the middle would be tricky.

A caltrop, that is what it is called, and getting the correct centre angles is a lot easier than you may think.​
