Accident while pressure testing from HSE website

I test cylinders at over 400bar. Filled with water inside a water filled pressure pot. When they go you should see the speed the water vents out the drain!

just think if it was air or worse still steam . best laugh i saw was was a decorator once hired a steam stripper one winter .the safety device was the filler cap a 3inch x1inch weight that just sat on top of machine it was blowing steam off but nothing down the pipe ot out of the wall pan so he stuck his foot on it for a minute . still nowt then he took his foot off and the weight flew up in the air nearly hit im in the face and a big blast of steam the hose was frozen .flamin idiot
