Normally just spin the rotor(centre)with some oil,if you can see the rotors being thrown to the outside, as in Snoops pic, it can be re-assembled and tried .If the rotors don't move to outside you may have to strip further,mark the ends and centre of the motor assembly so it goes back together the same....then wipe the vanes ,blow out with dry air,reassemble with a drop of oil and try again
