your small filter needs to be fitted upright to catch the water. if your fitting the large filter I have mine direct on to the end of the tank with a regulator
When I get round to it how would I go about connecting to the filter if it was wall mounted, by using a short airline and push connectors? The smaller filter screws right on the end of the airbrush so that should be OK .
So if I turn the whole fitting 45° the main filter can go on the tree, preferably before before the reg.but at a push after it ?
Can I use jubilee clips on the air line or would I get a short whip type of line and use the relevant connections?Right, you referred separately to a drain plug so i thought you had two different things. The drain cock on mine turns clockwise to close, like a tap. One think I have done is to replace the drain cock with a hose tail and fit a ball valve to the end of a length of air hose, that way it's easier to operate and there's no more grovelling on the floor.
PS if your wife can fix the garage roof she sounds very useful to me!
I think she should sikaflex instead of hot bitumen that high up but I just keep me mouth shut and foot the ladder..Jubilee clips are fine as long as you use barbed hose connectors. They don't work very well if you try to fix hose to a plain pipe with them.

That's what I thought when I first saw her. View attachment 121912
