Nothing wrong with that. Looks like it's all there. Nice little project. Its cleaning up ok, the stuck chucks just needed a bit of 3 in 1, and everything except the spindle is moving nicely now, and the motor runs fine. The spindle seems locked, hood has advised on the crews behind the chuck, and the back gear may be engaged. Need to find a back gear now. (Yes, that really is my level of understanding... )
I've started with some citric on the gears as I've not tried it before, but I have a wheelie bin set up for electrolysis that will be in use shortly.Electrolysis is going to be your new friend. Nice project!
Is it a Drummond B type or a Drummond M type?
It looks terrible in the flesh, it's not just the pics, but it's cleaning up very easily. So far..That'll clean up a treat. It's amazing how depressingly bad they can look when rusty, compared to how they look when derusted & tarted back up.

Yes, Its in the fizz.Good quality cast is the key factor.
Did you get the other half of the changewheel cover with it?
I've got a spare wheelie bin.If you can get a big plastic drum and use electrolsis, that would save much elbow grease.
