Mmmm coloured clear paint,is it coloured or clear ? Lol . Cant say i know of the stuff,are you sure its not done with a torch.

This is what I'm talking about, Strada.
It's a fairly thick colored paint that still lets you see the metal underneath.

The semi opaque or translucent coloured paint could be FEV or French Enamel Varnish.
Very glossy and come in many rich colours paint on to glass, steel, wood ,use methelated spirit to thin them ... jeff...

Thanks for the info Jeff,sounds and looks good stuff.
Allthough ive never painted any of the stuff i make, paint like this may come in usefull as ive just started to play about with an airbrush.
